Each client will have an initial assessment before care begins.
The assessor will then draw up, a care plan, and the carers
will then follow this plan.
A daily care book will be kept, to record matters of health.
We then provide a continuous live-in service for period of
between 2-4 weeks with one carer.
After this period, another will replace the carer on the same day that the first carer leaves. All carers have a CRB check.
Sentinel Care 24 Live-In service help in many ways.
For instance the carers undertake the following;

Bathing, washing, showering and personal care

Catheter Care

Shopping
-
Laundry
-
Ironing
-
Cooking
-
Caring for pets
-
Assisting mobility
-
Giving or prompting medication
-
Reporting of incidents to Sentinel Care

They will also work with the District Nurse
We can also offer the services of a cleaning agency
