Mrs. Carol Pullen - Owner/Manager
|

|
The owner/manager, Mrs. Carol Pullen, holds an NVQ level 4 in
management, and is the registered Manual Handling Trainer
for the staff.
She is a 'hands on' manager, and has for the past 15 years
been involved in the 'care industry' and has injected her
experience into Sentinel Care. |

Mrs. Gina Lelliott - Director
 |
|
|
|
|
|
Mrs. Gina Lelliott is a Director of Sentinel Care and was
previously a District Nurse for 15 years, and her input
into the agency is invaluable, for assessing clients needs.
She is on call for all emergencies when Mrs. Pullen is away
from the office. |

Mrs. Lisa Ritson - Assessor
|
|
|
|
|
|
Mrs. Ritson has been a Manager for a local
Domiciliary Care Agency for the past 10 years.
She is a Certified Assessor, and has now
joined the team of Sentinel Care.
She will also be on call during staff holidays. |

Our carers
Our carers are a very important part of the team. They all hold a CRB check
(Criminal Records Bureau) and many have qualifications in different aspects of care.
We operate a non-discrimination policy, and employ carers from several different
countries, both male and female.
